Werewolves are known. Stiles gets an invitation to potentially be part of the Hale pack/get the bite (his dad sent his paperwork in, Stiles didn't want to go) However, no werewolf claimed him, so he had to work as a servant)

I could of sworn I had it bookmarked somewhere but now I can't find it.

The fic was called 'Emancipation' and I think it was on FF.net (but maybe it was AO3)

- It was a Sterek fic.

- I think most (if not all) the Hales survived the fire but Peter was still badly burned. The Hales all left Beacon Hills, abandoning Derek and a comatose Peter.
